How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Orders are sent the next business day except during peak periods such as early December to Christmas and the period pre Mother's Day where it may take 2-3 days for dispatch. Our 1 to 2 day courier service are sent the same day if the order is received by 11.00am otherwise all other orders are sent the next business day.

Returns Policies

What is your Returns Policy?
ASO Developments Ltd accepts returns for any reason for up to thirty days from the day the items are dispatched. For orders placed between 1st December and the 31st December, we accept returns through to the end of January. You are responsible for returning your order back to us so you can receive a refund or an exchange.

How do I return or exchange items from my order?
If you have an item that you wish to return, please contact us at enquiries@aso-developments.co.uk or call (0044) 0208 624 6660 or 6665 to receive a returned merchandise authorisation (RMA) number. You MUST contact us prior to returning your products WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER! Be sure to include the name and (if appropriate) colour or flavour of your item, the reason for your return, your name and phone number, and whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange. Please also include your order number if you have it available.

What are your accepted payment methods?
Through Sage Pay we accept the following cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro & Visa Electron.

You may also make payment by personal cheque, certified cheque in (GBP) pounds only. Just place items in your shopping cart, proceed to checkout and complete checkout up to the point where we ask for credit card information. Print out the order summary on that page and post the information to us with your payment. Please note that orders posted to us require a longer processing time than those placed on our website. Please remit payment along with your order form to:

Is ordering on your site secure?
Absolutely! We use industry standard 128-bit SSL encryption to ensure that your information is securely transmitted to our servers. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information about how we use and secure personal information.

Do you charge VAT?
There is no VAT on Tea. VAT is applied to accessories and is included in the price quoted on the website.

Can I send my order as a gift?
Of course! Many of our customers give Tea forté as a gift. During checkout, your delivery address may be different than your invoice address. You also may enter a gift message of up to 100 characters. This message will print on the packing slip that will be enclosed with every order.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not currently offer gift wrapping, but we do offer a wide selection of gift boxed products. Our green gift boxes are very rigid laminated cardboard wrapped in sumptuous white ribbon. They are practically a gift in and of themselves. Explore our selection here.

Can I ship one order to multiple locations?
Sorry, not at this time. You will have to place a different order for each shipping location.

Do you have gift certificates?
We do not have gift certificates. We do plan to have them soon.

Other Issues

What are your Customer Service hours of operation?
Our customer service staff is available for e-mail and phone assistance Monday - Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm, excluding holidays. Our customer service are (0044) 0208 624 6660 or 6665.

Can Tea forté products be personalised?
We are sorry, no. We do not currently personalize our products.

Is there an expiration date on tea?
Tea does not have an expiration date, but after about a year it can start to lose freshness. At Tea forté we label all of our products with a "best by" date to ensure that you experience the best we have to offer.

Is your tea certified Kosher?
Yes, many of our teas are certified Kosher by KOF-K. The certified teas have the kosher certification listed in their descriptions on the Kosher Certified tea pages. Our production facility is also certified Kosher by KOF-K. You may view and download a PDF of our official Kosher Certificate.

Is your tea certified organic, or Free Trade?
Our production facility is certified organic by IMO-Switzerland, a USDA accredited certification agent. This is an important step in our process of developing certified organic teas. However, we are still working on earning both of these certifications. In every case, we source the most naturally produced ingredients possible and work to support fair wages. We expect to certify our teas one blend at a time as we are able to find certified sources.
