Peter's passion for whole leaf teas began in the local teahouses of Asia. There he discovered the complexity of flavours available in
whole leaf teas and the exquisite ceremony surrounding the art of tea drinking. Through his personal discovery, he became dedicated to
transforming the artistry of the Asian tea ceremony into an experience for today's lifestyle.
Peter consulted with chefs and restaurateurs in culinary havens worldwide to create the most innovative, delicious blends. With the
aid of expert tea masters, the blends of whole leaf teas, rough-cut herbs and flowers were painstakingly perfected. Peter laboured over
every detail of our pyramid infusers crowned with our signature leaf. Each one is a work of art; handcrafted in our workshop amid the
lush tea gardens of China and designed to infuse as much flavour and aroma as loose leaf teas. The result is a most delicious cup of
